On December 21, 2020, S.Erdene, the former chairman of the Democratic Party, submitted a request to the GASR stating that Ts.Tuvaan was refusing to issue a new seal. According to this request, the decision of the state inspector of GASR was issued and the seal used by the DP was revoked and S. Erdene was given a new seal by the GASR on December 25, 2020.
The other side of the DP objected to this and considered that the decision of the GASR to issue the new DP seal to S.Erdene violated the General Law on State Registration, the Law on State Registration of Legal Entities, and the Minister of Justice and Home Affairs’ Regulation A / 216 of 2018. appealed to the court. The complaint was considered by the first instance court of the capital city on February 2, 2021, and the conclusion of the state inspector of GASR was suspended. In other words, the new DP seal was revoked and made legally unusable.
The dispute will be heard today in the Administrative Court of Appeal. The meeting was originally scheduled for May 10, but was postponed.
