The stock market has grown to MNT 3 trillion

For each financial sector:
Stock market: increased by 12.5 percent from 2019 and reached 3.0 trillion MNT. Total trading volume reached 65.4 billion MNT and liquidity reached 18 percent. Shares accounted for 82.5 percent of total trades, investment funds for 7.8 percent, corporate bonds for 8.9 percent and government securities for 0.9 percent.
Insurance market: Insurance premiums increased by 2.5 percent to MNT 201.5 billion from the previous year, the reserve fund increased by 4.8 percent to MNT 173.5 billion, and MNT 59.8 billion was spent on indemnities. Insurance depth, which measures insurance coverage, reached 0.57 percent, increasing by 0.01 percentage points from the previous year, and insurance density increased by 0.7 percent from the previous year to 61,117.0 MNT.
Non-bank financial institution (NBFI) sector: Total assets of organizations increased by 16.0 percent to MNT 2.0 trillion, number of customers increased by 2.8 million, number of borrowers increased by 1.9 times and reached 788.1 thousand. due to the introduction of 88.4 percent of customers and 40 percent of borrowers received fintech services. Outstanding loans of NBFIs reached MNT 1.3 trillion, of which 84.8 percent were normal loans.
Savings and Credit Cooperative (SCC): Total assets of the sector increased by 15.0 percent from the previous year, reaching 256.0 billion MNT. The total number of SCC members in 2020 increased by 2.4 percent from the previous year to 72,651.
Non-financial business sector: 167 real estate brokerage companies will be licensed in 2020. A total of 610.3 thousand square meters and real estate worth 281.9 billion MNT were sold, purchased and transferred through intermediaries, while a total of 88.6 thousand square meters and real estate worth 39.9 billion MNT were leased and rented.
However, 30 legal entities and 399 individuals engaged in the trading of precious metals, precious stones or articles made of them operated in 2020 with licenses, selling 577.0 billion MNT of precious metals and jewelry and 624.2 billion MNT of buying and selling.
